José is an accomplished global foodservice executive with deep expertise in sales strategy and market development across Latin America and the Caribbean. His career includes leading high-impact initiatives for multinational corporations and founding innovative startups that have shaped the region’s evolving foodservice landscape. Today, he oversees NS InterMarket’s sales and marketing operations, driving growth, regional expansion, and long-term strategic partnerships.

McKenzie Nicho
Commercial Strategy Director
McKenzie brings a blend of digital marketing, insight and business development experience, helping accelerate growth across key manufacturer and partner relationships. She focuses on expanding market reach, strengthening commercial partnerships, and improving performance through targeted strategic initiatives. McKenzie also contributes to long-term planning and the development of new revenue concepts that support NS InterMarket’s future growth.

Indiana Midence
Regional Sales Manager
Indiana is an Industrial Engineer who successfully transitioned into sales for leading foodservice manufacturers. She brings valuable experience from the bottling sector and has worked closely with distributors and major corporate accounts in the QSR and Casual Dining segments. Indiana currently manages sales across Central America and Southeast Mexico, focusing on channel development and customer success.

José "Pepe" Quintana
Regional Sales Manager
Pepe is an experienced sales professional who leads NS InterMarket’s B2B development efforts in South America. His background as Head of Sales for a local foodservice distributor gives him a unique, hands-on understanding of distribution channels and the full commercial cycle—from ordering and importing to selling and after-sales support. He is also a skilled product trainer across categories such as blast chilling, cooking, and rethermalizing.

Jorge Paz
OEM Sales Manager
Jorge is a seasoned management executive who leads NS InterMarket’s OEM division. He specializes in promoting components and parts for both local and multinational manufacturers and fabricators. Known for his exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service, Jorge plays a key role in strengthening OEM relationships and supporting long‑term commercial growth. He combines his operational experience with advanced AI and CRM tools to deliver superior service experience to NS InterMarket’s customer base.

Sergio Garza
OEM Sales Specialist
Sergio is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer and a key member of the OEM Sales Division. He leads business development in Mexico, working closely with high-profile manufacturers and maquila operations. His advanced AutoCAD expertise enhances his sales impact by enabling precise technical drawings, clear equipment-integration visuals, and compelling demonstrations for decision-makers—improving customer training, accelerating approvals, and strengthening the overall value proposition.

Ricardo Carcach
Telemetry & Marketing Manager
Ricardo leads NS InterMarket’s Telemetry Division, specializing in cloud-based monitoring solutions for professional kitchen equipment. He also serves as Marketing Leader for the company’s digital initiatives, collaborating with multiple factories to develop strategies that strengthen distributor engagement and expand market presence across Latin America. His dual role supports both innovation and long-term commercial growth.

Chef Alan Gómez
Corporate Chef & Mexico Sales Manager
Alan serves as NS InterMarket’s Corporate Chef and Regional Sales Manager for Mexico. He brings extensive, hands-on experience with primary kitchen equipment and operational best practices, developed over years of working in both Mexico and the United States. In addition to his formal culinary training, Alan is also a Certified Barista. Based in Mexico, he supports the sales organization and manages an assigned territory, providing technical expertise, product training, and field support to the team.
