The brainchild of Dry Ager stemmed from 1982 with Manfred Landig an avid hunter and refrigeration technician, who worked on food refrigeration and packaging solutions in its early years. His focus was particularly on the flesh, in all its aspects.
This specialization paid off later when he tried to use the experience he gained to revolutionize the dry aging of food and it was not until 2012 when his sons Christian and Aaron, already with professional experience, arrived with one goal in mind: to revolutionize the dry aging process. After several years of research and development, the brothers finally succeeded in completing their dry aging refrigerator and presenting it to the world originating from Germany.
