HotBlox Introduction

During the 2023 NAFEM Show earlier this year Metro introduced the HotBlox Holding Cabinets, transforming the whole idea of holding and space optimization.

The NAFEM Show took place at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida. 

As the industry leaves behind the consequences of the pandemic, all of the manufacturers have started to throttle and push to develop better equipment for the foodservice industry.

Metro, the space solutions leading manufacturer, presented three products at the show: EZ-ADD, TableWorx and HotBlox. The products have been well received through the international markets, but there’s one specially that took the people’s attention. 

We’re talking about the innovative Metro HotBlox Holding Cabinets, which is already available for Latin America. These cabinets are as productive as any other holding cabinet, but with a much smaller footprint and different applications.
